KMSpico 9.0.4.20131109 is a software or activator that can activate window 7/8 or office 2010/2013 and even according to its developers in this version 8.1 is able to activate the window, I have tried to window 8.1, because I was still using windows 8, but see the review of this work ever use for window 8.1.
